2. Products & Orders
We offer women's accessories and handbags for sale to private customers (B2C only). All product information is provided to the best of our knowledge and may be subject to change.
Placing an order constitutes a binding offer. We will confirm receipt by email. The contract is concluded once the order is confirmed.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT (if applicable).
We accept all common payment methods offered at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Stripe, etc.).
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship exclusively to EU countries, England and Norway.
Shipping is free of charge for all orders above €350.
Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days.
Express shipping is also available at checkout.
Delivery times may vary due to product availability or logistics issues. In case of delays, we will inform you promptly.
For all purchases shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, import duties, or other customs charges may be applied. These costs are the exclusive responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the country of destination.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for detailed information.
Note: If customs clearance procedures are required, this may lead to delivery delays beyond our original estimates.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days.

6. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us before returning any item.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
7. Warranty
You have a statutory warranty right for defective products (2 years).
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photo evidence.
8. Liability
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages unless required by law.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cesena (FC), Italy.
